The on-site technical support option is usually the best way forward as the root cause of a problem may not necessarilly be down to the initially suspected issue, for example, loss of network connection to a single computer may not be down to the computer but could be as a result of a broken cable between the computer and the switch or interference caused by a new electrical installation.
